UN MUNDO FELIZ... A HAPPY WORLD

Un mundo feliz no sólo es un gran libro que pone en juego muchos y valiosos recursos imaginativos, sino que demuestra que el autor es un gran visionario ya que a las teorías desastrosas a las que se refiere el autor ya son una realidad. 

Aldous Huxley analizó minuciosamente sus propias profecías dos décadas después y, además de demostrar que varias se realizaron antes del plazo previsto, , como por ejemplo la clonación de seres humanos es ya casi una realidad, se ha hecho la clonación de una oveja con excelentes resultados y esta en pugna la experimentación con humanos, la forma en que los seres humanos se reproducen uno igual a otro en Un Mundo Feliz es parecida a este procedimiento genético.

Hipnopedia (proceso de hipnosis a través del sueño), la concepción fuera del útero ya se logró desde hace varios años, y ya han nacido varios bebés in Vitro, como los de la historia, que se incubaban en envases y probetas , Huxley llegaría a la conclusión de que es probable que los demás horrores creados por su imaginación se cumplan también dentro de este siglo.

Aldous huxley se imagino como seria el hombre en el 2500: sin familia, romanticismo y todo el mundo pertenece a todo el mundo. No existen las prohibiciones, ni las enfermedades, el dolor o vejez. No existen las emociones, porque atentan contra la estabilidad del individuo, la cual es necesaria para que se mantenga la sociedad. 

En este mundo feliz todo se reduce a química y números, sin individualidades, porque carecen de sentido. Las drogas son de uso común, como desinhibidoras del alma y un compuesto químico llamado soma, mantiene a todos en un estado de dicha y equilibrio. Porque ser feliz, aquí, no es el resultado de una sociedad perfecta, sino de una macabra orden que hay que seguir a como de lugar. 

Este mundo supuestamente idílico, está poblado por criaturas engendradas artificialmente y criadas en botellas debidamente clasificadas por estrato social, ósea los seres humanos ya no son fruto de una relación vivípara, sino que son fecundados en procesos de ingeniería genética, lo que reduce el milagro de la creación a un simple proceso de laboratorio. 

El establecimiento de clases sociales se da por medio de castas, propiciadas por procedimientos físicos y químicos, que marcan a las personas como miembros de tal o cual grupo. en las que el individuo no vale absolutamente nada, las sensaciones están suprimidas, la libertas sexual se desarrolla desde los primeros años de vida, los niños no tienen madre, y son educados por el Estado.

El mundo feliz es un sitio mecanizado y en el que la fidelidad sexual y la madurez son consideradas obscenas. Los seres humanos son manipulados genéticamente para predeterminar la inteligencia y capacidades de cada uno. Los descontentos con el sistema (los menos) son apartados de la sociedad ideal y confinados en colonias especiales donde se rodean de otras personas con similares desviacionismos, alcanzando también la felicidad.

Pero sin embargo, todos los individuos son felices, están conformes con su situación y no envidian la de los demás ni siquiera un poco. Pero esto se consigue suprimiendo la libertad del hombre desde antes de nacer, ya que condicionan al individuo para que actué tal y como la sociedad quiere, y esto lo logra a través de drogas y actividades inhibidoras del comportamiento.

También en el libro se habla de una nueva clase de esclavos, los cuales son explotados y luego reprimidos con estupefacientes. Sin embargo a pesar de todo eso ellos tampoco son infelices, excepto uno de ellos que decide a hacer lo que el quiere ya que el observa el mundo feliz y queda hastiado y lo único que quiere es liberarse

El salvaje no es más que la representación de todo aquello que hemos ido perdiendo con el tiempo, y que sin duda el mundo fantasioso que describe, refleja nuestra verdadera sociedad fría y manipuladora; En cuanto al control de la información, éste se da a través de los medios, controlados también por el Estado. Cada casta recibe diferente información de acuerdo a su condición: "El Radio Horario, hoja para las castas superiores;

También podemos decir que el Soma (un seguro contra todo tipo de desequilibrios psicológicos e intentos de decir ideas subversivas). Existen ya cientos de píldoras, previamente aprobadas por las autoridades sanitarias, que nada tienen que envidiar a los medicamentos utilizados en Un mundo feliz, como el Prozac, un antidepresivo que a pesar de tener efectos nocivos sobre la salud, consumen más de 40 millones de personas en todo el planeta. O el Ritalin, recomendado por los médicos para combatir lo que éstos llaman Desorden Deficit Atencional, un síndrome relacionado con el bajo rendimiento de los niños que son muy inquietos y tienen problemas de concentración.

Y por ultimo una comparación con lo que sucede en el mundo feliz seria el gobierno de Fidel Castro en Cuba, ya que en el fondo la gente no tiene libertad ni democracia, pero a la vez son felices con lo que el gobierno les da ya que les da de todo pero en menor cantidad.
