Nobody we are exempt from feeling anger, it is more... I believe that sometimes it is a right, but neither it is possible to deny that the anger or the anger is a feeling negative, and as such it is a precise knowledge to delimit it to prevent from being done by us and lengthening its stay in our interior, since the results would be quite harmful to our emotional health.
I believe that before the symptoms or circuntancias in which it appears a feeling of anger, the first thing that we would have to wonder, is the reason of this cause... this partner, this gesture, an aptitude.... for which it is necessary to add that features and attitudes generate this rejection in you. In psychoanalysis there is a theory that it defines as the aspects that generate anger to us and we perceive in the others, often there are aspects that we push back violently in ourselves, useless aspects of our personality, it might use a long list to be employed on these aspects at one himself.
