El arte de ser humano I.....The human being art I

Desde el primer aliento, vamos avanzando por uno de los caminos mas bellos y complejos que ofrece la vida en la Tierra: el arte de ser humanos. Una senda de  la que es tan fácil salir como volver a entrar.

La caricia de una madre, el azul del mar, el sabor de las cerezas, la mirada de un perro, la lluvia tras los cristales, el aroma del jazmín, la nieve en la montaña, la silenciosa noche, la risa de un niño, las lagrimas de un adios....son pequeños tesoros en la mirada y el recuerdo, inventario de bellos instantes en medio de las brumas del tiempo. 

Todos hemos experimentado alguna vez estas situaciones agradables, las cuales nos interrogan acerca del sentido de nuestras vidas.

Porque en mi opinión, mas allá de diferencias de raza, edad o género, los seres humanos somos esencialmente iguales, reimos y lloramos por cosas parecidas. La actividad de un recién nacido, se limita a comer y dormir, como si de una planta se tratara, va creciendo tanto física como animicamente, en resonancia con la luz y el aire que a nivel psicológico son las emociones y los pensamientos.. Hasta alcanzar con los años, un mayor grado de comprensión de lo que significa vivir.

El aprendizaje de la vida es algo que no termina nunca, pues son innumerables las experiencias que pueden darse. Aunque venimos al mundo sin saber nada, a diferencia de los animales que rápidamente actúan según sus instintos y de manera programada, con la ayuda de los que nos anteceden, padres y maestros, vamos tomando conciencia de un saber innato que solo hace falta despertar en nosotros.

Hay muchas definiciones de lo humano, una de ellas en mi opinión, bien podría plantearse como la de un ser que se interroga acerca del sentido de las cosas. Ya de niños, nos hacemos muchas preguntas, y así durante toda la vida, se hacen preguntas por simple curiosidad, por ansia de saber, o para encontrarse asimismo porque sabemos que ignoramos, y a la vez ignoramos muchas cosas que sabemos.

ANIMAL CELESTE.

En el simbolismo Taoista, la realidad se define con una gran Triada, constituida por la Tierra abajo,el Cielo arriba, y el Hombre en el medio. Esta imagen no esta alejada de la concepción medieval del ser humano como microcosmos o compendio del universo. 

Los cuatro reinos de la naturaleza, se hallan representados en nosotros. Hay una parte "mineral" , o extructurál, otra "vegetal", que corresponde a las funciones corporales automáticas, y una "animal", o sensible, que implica una conciencia en relación con el entorno. La parte propiamente "humana", esta representada por la mente racional, y la capacidad de auto-conciencia. Materia, vida y espíritu, los tres niveles de la realidad universal, se manifiestan igualmente en nuestra individualidad. 

Por eso podemos hallar rasgos que compartimos con los animales, ( necesidad de alimento, instinto de reproducción, agresividad cuando nos sentimos atacados...), pero hay algo esencial y cualitativo que  nos distingue de ellos, la conciencia del yo, y la libertad de elegir. Esta facultad, podemos usarla para el bien o para el mal. Pues a menudo no sabemos elegir adecuadamente. 

El ser humano tiene una especial singularidad en medio de la naturaleza, como lo demuestra su posición vertical, el lenguaje tanto hablado como escrito, la capacidad de las manos para construir herramientas, así como el sentido del humor y la estética, el hecho de enterrar a sus muertos, esperando un más allá...

MASCULINO Y FEMENINO.

El genero humano está representado por hombres y mujeres, que expresan lo masculino y femenino, a modo de polaridad opuesta y a la vez complementarias, como el ying-yang inscrito dentro de un círculo con los dos principios que se engendran mutuamente y que en su interior llevan la semilla de su contrario.

Así en el cuerpo del varón hay también hormonas femeninas, y en el de la mujer masculinas, aunque predominen las propias de cada sexo. Los dos hemisferios cerebrales, también evidencian esa dualidad, asi como en general la simetría izquierda-derecha del cuerpo. 

De modo que cada ser humano integra, en variada proporción, lo masculino y lo femenino. Según el momento y la circunstancia, un varón puede expresar una sensibilidad que suele atribuirse a lo femenino, y una mujer, una capacidad de lucha tenida por masculina. Y todo ello sin necesidad que se pierda la identidad  propia de cada genero.

También en el ámbito psicológico de las ideas y emociones, cabe distinguir entre dos formas de mentalidad, "el pensamiento lógico, y el pensamiento mágico", el primero corresponde al principio masculino, rectilíneo, conceptual, analítico, teórico. El segundo al principio femenino, curvilíneo, imaginativo, amoroso, intuitivo, poético...

Dentro de la filosofía griega, madre del pensamiento occidental, Aristóteles representaría la tendencia lógica y científica, mientras que Platon, la mágica o simbolista.

Hay personas en las que predomina una de estas formas de pensamiento, al igual que sucede socialmente en determinadas épocas de la historia. La mentalidad femenina presenta analogía con lo telurico, el mar, la fluidez, la vegetación, la voluntad de echar raices, mientras que lo masculino tiende al alejamiento, al andar o navegar. En muchas tradiciones espirituales, ( la kabala, el sufismo, el tantrísmo..), el "saber" es considerado masculino, y la "sabiduría" femenina.

Pero ambos principios son necesarios para la vida y la sociedad, guardando adecuado equilibrio, porque simbólicamente hablando, un exceso de lo masculino, puede llevar a cierta rigidez o sequedad, y en caso de los femenino, a un reblandecimiento...-fuego y agua-

From the first breath, we are advancing for one of the most beautiful and complex ways that offers the life in the Earth: the art of being human beings. A footpath of which it´s so easy to go out like entering again.

The caress of a mother, the blue of the sea, the flavor of the cherries, the look of a dog, the rain after the glazing, the aroma of the jasmine, the snow in the mountain, the silent night, the laugh of a child, the tears of a farewell.... are small treasures in the look and the memory, inventory of beautiful moments in the middle of the mist of the time. 

We all have experienced one day these agreeable situations, which interrogate us about the sense of our lives.

Because in my opinion, beyond puerblood differences, age or genre, the human beings we are essentially equal, we laugh and cry for similar things. The activity of a newborn baby, he limits himself to eating and sleeping, as if of a plant it was talking each other, physics is growing so much as mentally, in resonance with the light and the air that at psychological level there are the emotions and the thoughts. 

Up to reaching with the years, a major grade of comprehension of through what he means to live.

Learning of the life is something that never ends, so there are innumerable the experiences that can happen. Although we come to the world without knowing anything, in contrast to the animals who quickly act according to its instincts and in a programmed way, with the help of those who precede us, parents and teachers, we are taking conscience of an innate knowledge that only it is necessary to wake up in us.

There are many definitions of the human thing, one of them in my opinion, good might appear like that of a being who is interrogated about the sense of the things. Already of children, we ask many questions to ourselves, and this way during the whole life, questions are asked by simple curiosity, by longing for knowing, or to be also because we know that we ignore, and simultaneously we ignore many things that we know.

CELESTIAL ANIMAL.

In the symbolism Taoista, the reality is defined by a big Triad constituted by the Earth below, the Sky arrives, and the Man in the way. This image is not removed from the medieval conception of the human being like microcosm or compendium of the universe. 

Four kingdoms of the nature, they are represented in us. There is a "mineral" part, or extructurál, "vegetable" other one, which corresponds to the automatic corporal functions, and the "animal", or sensitive one, which implies a conscience as regards the environment. The properly "human" part, it is represented by the rational mind, and the self-consciousness capacity. Matter, life and spirit, three levels of the universal reality, are evident the same way in our individuality. 

That's why we can find features that we share with the animals, (need for food, instinct of reproduction, aggressiveness when we feel irresolute...), but there is something essential and qualitative that distinguishes us from them, the conscience of me, and the freedom of choosing. This faculty, we can use it for the good or for the evil. 

Since often we cannot choose appropriately. The human being has a special singularity in the middle of the nature, as it is demonstrated by its vertical position, the both spoken and written language, the aptitude of the hands to construct hardware, as well as the sense of humor and the esthetics, the fact of burying its dead persons, waiting for one further away...

MASCULINE AND FEMININE.

The human race is represented by men and women, who express the masculine and feminine thing, as opposite polarity and simultaneously you would complement, like the ying-yang inscribed inside a circle with two principles that are generated mutually and that in its interior take the seed of its opposite.

This way in the body of the male there are also feminine hormones, and in that of the woman masculine, although they predominate over the proper ones of every sex. Two cerebral hemispheres, also they demonstrate this duality, as well as in general the symmetry left - right of the body. So that every human being integrates, in varied proportion, the masculine thing and the feminine thing. 

According to the moment and the circumstance, a male can express a sensibility that usually assumes to the feminine thing, and a woman, a struggle capacity had for masculine. And all this without need that loses the proper identity of every genre.

Also in the psychological ambience of the ideas and emotions, it is necessary to distinguish between two forms of mentality, "the logical thought, and the magic thought", the first one corresponds at first masculine, rectilinear, conceptual, analytical, theoretically. 

The second one at first feminine, curvilinear, imaginative, affectionate, intuitive, poetical... Inside the Greek philosophy, mother of the western thought, Aristotle would represent the logical and scientific tendency, while Platon, the sorceress or simbolista.

There are persons in whom it predominates over one of these forms of thought, as it happens socially in certain epochs of the history. 

The feminine mentality presents analogy with the telluric thing, the sea, the fluency, the vegetation, the will to throw roots, while the masculine thing tends to the alienation, to the gait or to sail. In many spiritual traditions, (the kabala, the sufismo, the tantrísmo.), the "knowledge" is considered to be masculine, and the feminine "knowledge".

But both beginning is necessary for the life and the society, keeping suitable balance, because symbolically speaking, an excess of the masculine thing, it can lead to certain rigidity or dryness, and in case of femininely, to a softening...-fire and water -
